Delete Directly in the App
Delete Entire Account
- Open the SnapRoute app
- Select the Profile tab at the bottom
- Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top right
- Select the Account menu
- Select Delete Account
- Review the information and tap the Confirm Delete button
When you delete your account, all of the following data will be deleted:
- Profile information (email, nickname, profile photo)
- All uploaded photos
- All snap cards and reviews you’ve written
- Trip records
- Follower/following relationships
- Likes, comments, and saved items
Delete Individual Content
If you only want to delete specific content:
- Delete Snap Card: Card detail → More (⋯) → Delete
- Delete Trip: Trip detail → More (⋯) → Delete
- Delete Comment: Long press on comment → Delete
Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email.
